a5c7b9f00b At an international spy agency, global crises are merely opportunities for its highly trained employees to confuse, undermine, betray and royally screw each other. At the center of it all is suave master spy Sterling Archer, whose less-than-masculine code name is "Duchess." Archer works with his domineering mother Malory, who also is his boss. He also has to deal with his ex-girlfriend, Agent Lana Kane and her new boyfriend, comptroller Cyril Figgis, wellMalory's lovesick secretary, Cheryl. Covert black ops and espionage take a back seat to zany personalities and relationships between secret agents and drones. Archer is an action l based show that follows a man by the name of Sterling Archer, his cynical mother, and his co workers, Lana, Pam, Cyril, Sheryl, Ray, and Kreiger. They work for a company called ISIS, an American spy institution where Sterling is often sent in missions around the world.

This show is great at making you laugh out loud, and keeping you entertained. The characters are funny, and likable, the scenery is exciting, and the dialog is humorous. What makes this show better than most adult cartoons is that the writers actually focus on the plotlinrs, and jokes, rather than try to shove ranch down your throat for 25 mins just because they can.

In conclusion, Archer is a great show, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a good laugh, or looking for something to binge for the weekend. After Archer Vice, I was worried the season was going to jump the shark. Instead, it has been more consistently funny than the last few years. And the final episode, that took off on Fantastic Voyage from the early 70's, featured the funniest line the show has delivered in several years.

Slater (angry at Archer and shaking his fist) - "Do you know what this is?"

Archer (without missing a beat) - "Your best girl?"

Several current shows make you laugh aloudmuchArcher, but no show does it more.
